1. Create your Account and Connect Mobile Devices
- Start your free account to login to the Device Magic Management Console.
- Invite your devices, or your teammates' devices, to connect to your account.
- Any devices that will be used to complete forms can be connected via an invite or in the app with a unique Organization ID.
2. Build Custom Digital Forms
- Use the Device Magic form builder to recreate inspections, checklists, work orders and more, or create all new ones.
- Add and customize form fields with drag-and-drop. See what your digital forms will look like on mobile devices with our form builder preview.
3. Complete and Submit Forms in the Mobile Forms App
- Send forms to your team's connected Android and iOS devices. Complete forms in the Device Magic mobile app on iPad, iPhone, Android smartphone or tablet.
- Device Magic forms can be completed online or offline, and can include photos, signatures, locations, timestamps, and more.
