Triggers and actions.
Once you create a connection in Zapier, called a Zap, an action can be triggered in the system you've connected with Device Magic whenever a form is submitted. Add a Google Calendar event from a submission or create a new QuickBooks Online customer. An event within another system can also Dispatch a Device Magic form to be completed. Imagine a form being dispatched when there's a new timesheet entry.
