Product Support Specialist

Device Magic is a profitable, scaling SaaS startup located in downtown Raleigh, NC whose Mobile Forms product help teams collect information with their phones and tablets. Banks, breweries, engineers, truckers, market researchers, charities and tattoo parlors use us every day to make their work easier.

We are looking to fill a position for a Product Support Specialist. The role will be assisting our customers from around the world learn and deploy our product, resolve issues that arise, help them extract the most value for their businesses from it. The role is based in our downtown Raleigh headquarters.
Requirements

  • At least 2 years of technical customer support experience with a SaaS product is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong technical troubleshooting aptitude
  • Organized, self-motivated, and excited about working at a fast-paced startup

Responsibilities

  • First level phone, email, online chat response to incoming requests
  • Timely, professional resolution for simpler issues
  • Work with engineering to resolve more complex issues that need escalation
  • Convert paper forms provided by customers to Device Magic equivalents
  • Assist with help center and documentation writing
